contact centers; which include 24/7 support for property and casualty, life
customers and customer complaint handling. Also under Dan’s leadership is
Allstate’s Customer Insights Lab, which tests new approaches and processes, and
Extra Hands, a capacity-building offering for Allstate’s 10 thousand plus
agency owners. His focus is on delivering an effortless experience for
customers and actionable insights for the company, based on the 8 million
interactions Customer Service handles annually. Dan is currently the Executive
Sponsor for ABLE, one of Allstate’s Employee Resource Groups.
