Kai Kuo is
Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation in Global Customer
Solutions (GCS) for MetLife. In this role, Kai leads the strategic vision
across GCS, including the innovation agenda and its development portfolio. His
responsibilities include driving the company’s call center transformation
globally, deploying digital servicing programs and overseeing implementation of
omni-channel servicing strategy. He also oversees planning, budgeting,
governance and reporting for GCS.
has over 18 years of transformation and strategy management experience in the financial
services industry. Prior to joining MetLife in 2015, Kai worked at BCG, Bain
& Company, IBM, Ernst & Young and managed his own startup in Silicon
worked in the U.S., Australia, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University, a Master of
Engineering degree from MIT and speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. He
resides in New York with his family.
