Greg has been working in technology for his entire career, focusing on implementing systems and processes to help companies maximize the value of their systems and data. After starting in management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he has gone on to a variety of roles in IT, Analytics, Marketing, and Customer Care. He has spent the last 7 years working in Customer Care and Social Media tools at 3 different large companies. He is currently helping J.P Morgan Chase implement and manage tools to enable customer care through social media. Considered an expert in social media tools, he has implemented or managed 9 different tools for a total of 2000 users.
